P Mauriat place a series of twelve full page, full colour adverts throughout the year in Downbeat Magazine. Each month, a different professional player is showcased to promote their chosen P. Mauriat instrument. The design challenge was to create an infinitely flexible format capable of accommodating any image and amount of information, all while maintaining a consistent on-brand style. By embracing professional artists to endorse the brand, P. Mauriat effectively highlighted the superior quality and playability of its instruments, showcasing them in the hands of some of the greatest players in the jazz world. This strategic approach not only reinforces the brand’s reputation but also resonates with its target audience, solidifying P. Mauriat’s position as a leader in the industry.
